Seizures are from the devil

Sunday morning I got a call from my dad... this is what I heard... "Alison get over here you're mom is having a seizure" Me and my sister still in pj's and her with no shoes ran to the car and started flying down the road. My parents live about 15 minutes away but I swear it took us an hour to get there. My eyes were dilated both hands on the wheel and I know we were going very fast with flashers on. Thank God that he was watching out for us because if I had gotten pulled I would not have stopped. My foot was shaking on the pedal as we were trying to get there. I passed the road because I was going so fast I could not make the turn and I lost it and started sobbing.. My sister said sobbing too don't worry God has her. We beat the ambulance there and I ran in and saw my moms arms and legs convulsing, eyes twitching, and foaming at the mouth. I thought she was dead, then I saw her breathing, then all I could do was hold her head rub her hair back, and say its okay mom we are all here and we love you. I repeated this too many times to count. The ambulance passed the house and my sister went running after them.  I knew the Paramedic and he told me Alison shes okay, let me get there. I guess the nurse and daughter in me would not let go. I stepped away and let them put her on the backboard and the stretcher. She was still postictal and dazed. We got to the hospital and she was still not her normal state... It took about 2 hours for her to come all the way around. I have had seizure patients before but your family is very different and it is very hard! I kept praying that she would be okay because some people do not recover and become a vegetable state. She is on seizure meds now and is doing ok. We do not know what caused the seizure. She has never had one before, and I hope she doesn't have one again. Thank you God for watching over her. We have no control over anything in this world Lord and I continue to ask for your grace, your will and to calm my worries and fears. Because I can do nothing without you, but can do all things through you who gives me strength Philippians 4:13.
